Coloured refuse sacks are a firm favourite with local authorities, they typically are used to collect household waste. Typically the colour is selected to match the council’s branding or the colour of the bins they use. They are also popular for the use of litter picking or street cleaning bags, as they are easy to identify against waste which has been abandoned and fly-tipped.
