Whistleblowing & Feedback Policy
As a company, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability. We encourage employees and stakeholders to report any concerns about unethical, illegal, or improper conduct without fear of retaliation.
All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly. We are dedicated to protecting whistleblowers from any form of reprisal and to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for raising concerns.
As part of our commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, we also welcome feedback and suggestions regarding any aspect of our performance or operations. We are dedicated to the cultivation of a positive and friendly atmosphere, in which anyone may feel comfortable approaching a member of the leadership team to discuss any work-related issues, concerns, or suggestions.
Alternatively, reports may be submitted anonymously via suggestions boxes installed at key locations on company premises, as well as via an anonymous webform (detailed below).
If the individual does not wish to raise their concern within the company, details for an independent helpline are provided (also below). This helpline will provide free, confidential advice on legal rights and how best to raise a concern.
Additional details relating to whistleblowing and company grievance procedures are written into the company handbook which is issued to all employees via the company’s HR portal.
This Policy is reviewed annually by the company’s Operations Director to ensure that it is properly implemented, and mechanisms of reporting are communicated and maintained.
