As the Summer nears an end, something different begins for us – our annual event season. Kicking off in September, event season is one of the busiest times of year for our marketing and sales teams, as we gear up ready to attend and exhibit at some of the UK’s leading industry events. Cromwell are no strangers to events and exhibitions, we have had a prominent presence at many waste management and recycling events throughout the UK, and we are back at many of these shows for 2022 and 2023.
RWM & Let’s Recycle Live
For nearly 2 decades Cromwell has regularly attended the Resource & Waste Management (RWM) Exhibition, this year RWM has joined forces with another industry-leading show, Let’s Recycle Live. The bumper-show is being held at the NEC in Birmingham on the 14th and 15th of September. This year you will find the Cromwell team in a slightly different capacity. For 2022, you can find our team in the BBIA’s Compostable Packaging Zone. Come along and say hello to Darren and Paul.
RECOUP Plastics Resource and Recycling Hybrid Conference 2022
As well as being proud BBIA members, we also take great pride in our RECOUP partnership. Held at the KingsGate Conference Centre in Peterborough, the RECOUP Plastics Resource and Recycling Hybrid Conference 2022 is a unique event for the whole of the plastics recycling value chain. As well as the conference which is filled with hot topics from the plastics industry – there is also the post-conference Award Ceremony, which we are excited to be a part of due to our award nomination. We have attended the conference for many years, and each year we have had an amazing time networking and educating ourselves on industry updates – we know this year will be no different, and we could even come home with an award.
LARAC Conference
Our partnership with LARAC has seen us attend their annual conference for several years now. Typically our sales team attends the conference to hear from some of the most experienced speakers in the industry, this year we have taken the extra step and will also be exhibiting at the event. The continuous and ever-growing work we do within the Local Authority sector grabbed our interest to not only attend as visitors but instead upgrade as exhibitors. It is the ideal platform for us to showcase our work within the local authority sectors and how we can help their waste management teams.
