It feels hard to believe that in just 6 weeks times, we will be celebrating the festive holidays, sharing gifts, carving the turkey and popping open the Bucks Fizz! 2023 has been a momentous and eventful one for us, and we hope you have had plenty of successes along the way too, but now as it draws to a close, we are naturally beginning to prepare for the upcoming festive season and imminent change to regular services. To ensure we are providing the quality service you expect, we are eager to provide sufficient notice of our opening hours over the holidays. The team will be enjoying a well-earned rest during this time so please take a moment to note our opening hours and delivery capabilities.
Monday 18th of December:
Last day of despatch for delivery before Christmas on our economy service.
Thursday 21st of December:
Last day of despatch for delivery before Christmas on a premium
(customer must be open all day on Friday 22nd)
Deliveries between Christmas & New Year:
While there will be no despatches made between 23rd December and 1st January, deliveries can be made by our haulage partner over this time. Please be advised however that there will be very limited office support on these deliveries over this time. Therefore, if this is crucial to your operations, please speak with our team at the earliest opportunity to ensure we can plan these deliveries in.
Festive Period Full Opening Hours:
Closed from Friday 22nd – Re-opens Tuesday 2nd January – Normal opening hours resumed.
