After a busy 3 weeks, we wrapped up our first half of event season with our attendance at the LARAC Conference on October 5th and 6th. Our LARAC partnership draws us to their annual conference each year, and for 2022 we expanded our presence by taking up an exhibitor slot at the LARAC Conference and Celebration Awards. The 2-day event saw hundreds of visitors across 170 different local authorities and different industries attend and take full advantage of the great audience and hear from the industry-leading speakers.
Alongside many other exhibitors, we had a stand at the event at the Hilton Metropole, Birmingham, where we were able to showcase our waste capture solutions to the attendees. For many decades, we have supplied to the local authority sector within the UK, providing our solutions to hundreds of councils up and down the country. This continual partnership with the industry, allowed LARAC to be the ideal platform for us to meet our customers, both existing and future potential ones.
Our stand showcased the wide variety of refuse, compactor, and compostable sacks that Cromwell can provide, as well as having our expert team, Darren, Paul, and Josh on hand to chat with visitors. Great discussions were had on the stand with guests of the show, and even fellow exhibitors – it was great to see our new literature also going down a storm, as well as the product samples. Alongside the busy show, the team also had the pleasure of attending the celebration awards dinner on the evening of the 5th of October. More great discussions were had at our table, as we all enjoyed some brilliant food and entertainment.

The success and thorough enjoyment of the Conference has prompted us to exhibit again in 2023.
