Cromwell Polythene is a major supplier of cleaning and janitorial products to companies and distributors who, in turn, provide product to the 'away from home' cleaning market with a stock range of more than 200 different sacks and bags in almost every size shape and colour imaginable.

A recent addition to the Cromwell portfolio is our 'Wave' range of latex-free, disposable examination gloves for professional use. Suitable for janitorial, healthcare, food and hygiene, waste management and other applications, Wave gloves are tested to BS EN 455, are powder-free and available in a range of sizes.

We also supply polythene table sheeting, gloves and food contact bags, box liners and cut sheets, all with British Retail Consortium approval, if required. For those whose needs extend to an item not on our stock list, we are able to tailor-make products - either in virgin or up to 100% recycled material.

Specialist sectors served by our janitorial division include catering and hygiene, wash room and sanitary waste supplies.

The company is also accredited by the Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association (CHSA), whose code of practice provides customers with an assurance of professional conduct, customer service and quality.

For those in the healthcare sector our clinical waste range includes ‘tiger stripe’ sacks, for disposal of offensive or hygiene waste in deep landfill; yellow UN sacks for incineration of hazardous waste; and range UN sacks, for the disposal of infectious and potentially infectious waste in alternative treatment (AT) plants.
